Here at Ultimo, we know how important it is that you know exactly what you are going to get before the garments are printed & made. As part of our service, we provide the following safeguards to make sure that you love your Ultimo kit when it arrives:
- Sizing samples to try on - so you know that your gear will fit you, you're not working on a "best guess" from a chart.
- Printed proof on actual garment fabric. Computer screens and paper printers reproduce colours differently to fabric sublimation. You need to know how your logos and design will look on fabric. We send a printed proof on the fabric that your garment will be made on, so you can be assured that colours will be right.
- Local manufacture - we make our gear in our own New Zealand factory, so we can closely monitor quality throughout the production process.
- Timeliness - another advantage of our local manufacturing - when you need your gear for a special date or event, we're not relying on a foreign factory, international freight or customs. We pride ourselves on our speed and on reliably meeting delivery dates.
